I was really hyped about this game, and contrary to all the claims, this is a good one.
As a Bethesda fanboy, I didn't wait for all the tests or something and preordered the game almost a quarter of a year before release,
and I have to say, I did not regret it.
Typical as always, I lost track of the main story after the first steps in space and lost myself in exploring side quests, activities
and setting up an outpost.
And then...sadly I lost track of the whole game for nearly a year.
As i dont want abandon the game like is did it with Assassin´s Creed Valhalla, i put it in top of my stack and
in the end i could see the credits rolling.
Proof of Statistics¶
As this is a single-player game, I expected to reach the 100% progress mark or anything near this value.
To reach the goal to complete the game, I did not do that and only reached 36 of the 50 possible achievements.
Some of them are missable with only one playthrough, as the "Starcrossed" is a little bit contradictory to the "Isolation" perk I've chosen.
The others i left out for see the Unity which i reach after 74 hours in game.
I did the UC and Freestar questlines and put aside the Crimson and Ryujin...maybe some day in another playthrough.
I also built an outpost and produced some stuff for selling, but money was never a real problem.
I know the game was not the "new great thing" from Bethesda's perspective, but I'm sure a lot of other people besides me really enjoyed the game.
And so I hope that someday there is another game in the franchise and Bethesda did not give up on the new universe.
Personally, I hope that there will be a Part II.
